  • Onboarding refund: If the reviewing provider determines there is no clinical path forward for GLP-1 therapy, your onboarding fee is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
  • Monthly membership: First monthly charge occurs on the date your membership is activated following provider approval. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day each month.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your membership will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Plan changes are processed through the member portal or by contacting care@northmarkhealth.com.

Automatic Renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize Meridian to charge the applicable membership fee to your payment method on file each billing cycle. Cancel anytime as described in the Cancellation Policy.

Suspension and Termination

Meridian may suspend or terminate your membership for violation of the Terms of Service, failure to pay fees, or if your provider determines that continued GLP-1 therapy is clinically inappropriate.

If a provider determines that GLP-1 therapy should be discontinued during an active membership period, the monthly membership fee for the current period is not refunded, but no future charges will be made after cancellation is processed.

Important Safety Information (ISI) — GLP-1 Receptor Agonists

GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide) are FDA-approved prescription medications. They are not appropriate for everyone. Do not use if you or a family member have a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Serious risks include: pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney problems, hypoglycemia (in patients using insulin or insulin secretagogues), heart rate increase, suicidal ideation and behavior, and serious allergic reactions. Tell your provider about all medications you take and all medical conditions.

The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, and stomach pain. These are usually mild and decrease over time.

Not for use in patients with type 1 diabetes. If you experience severe abdominal pain, stop the medication and seek immediate medical attention. For full prescribing information, consult your Meridian Health provider.
